Okay, if you have followed me for long, you know I'm a Whovian, so I'm super excited to be showing you a Who-inspired collection from Red Dog Designs! There are 13 polishes in the collection and over the next few days, I'll be showing you all of them!

This afternoon, I have Bad Wolf for you. ♥

I can't explain Bad Wolf to you - you'll just have to watch. Plus, if you haven't watched already..."spoilers, Sweetie!" But I can tell you it's a brilliant paradox. A sort of time loop created by Rose herself.

Continued after the jump...

Bad Wolf is a clear-based glitter polish with various sizes of circle, hex and square glitters in purple, pink and magenta with a generous sprinkling of holo shimmer/micro-glitter. Once again, perfect formula. Glitters are perfectly suspended in the base and come out easily, lying flat on the nail. No issues at all. I've layered two coats over a gradient base of periwinkle and rose/hot pink (Dior Bloom and Kiko 338) and one coat of top coat.

Yeah, it's not your typical choice for a base color for this polish. But Rose wasn't typical and neither was the Bad Wolf story-line.

What do you think?
Red Dog Designs polishes, including Who's 50th Anniversary Collection, can be purchased now at the Red Dog Designs site here and they retail for $10 each for 15 mL bottles. You can also follow her on Facebook for news and information as well as swatches of all her creations. And YES, international shipping!

  3. Never heard of this company but I am definitely checking them out! I love this glitter! It has bigger chunks than I'm used to seeing, and first I thought they were nail studs or rhinestones but wow. That's amazing. Great post and cute mani!
