Zoya Audrina - Swatches and Review

Zoya Audrina came out as a part of the Gossip Collection for Spring (or Summer?) 2008 and I can't believe I missed it! But no longer. Audrina will have a prominent place in my rotation now, in spite of the fact that I've still not seen one episode of The Hills.

As with most of Zoya's unique colors, it's a bit hard for me to describe. Is it pink? Purple? I think I'm going to go with a pinkish purple creme and call it a day. Most pinks don't like me, while purples do and because this one seems to like me, purple it is! The photos speak for themselves.

This one was a bit thinner than the other Zoyas I've tried so far so I was not hopeful for it to be a one-coater, but it was! These photos are one coat and, as usual, no topcoat.

I love Audrina and think it's a gorgeous color. I'm also always pleased when I see a Zoya polish that I like, the likelihood of obtaining it is good. They don't just discontinue colors all willy-nilly like some companies do. This was from 2008 and sure enough, when I went to the site, there it was. I love that.

Zoya polishes are available at select Ulta stores and on Zoya's site and they retail for US $8.00.

    1. I try not to photograph polishes with a topcoat so you guys can see the actual finish. You already know what kind of shine a great topcoat gives.

    1. Thanks! I've been playing plumber so my cuticles are a bit shot, but so far not even a chip in the polish.

    1. Thanks! As stated, I don't photograph with a topcoat so you can see the finish of the actual polish. But after the photos, I usually use Cult Nails Wicked Fast or sometimes Seche Vite.
