Ninja Polish Holiday 2012 - Part 1 of 5

Ho Ho Ho! This morning I am starting a multi-part series of blog posts on Ninja Polish's Holiday 2012 Collection! There are 10 polishes in this collection and I'll be showing all of them to you over the next several days.

Right now I have Sapphire Dreams, Hanukkah Floam and Candy Cane Floam!

Sapphire Dreams is a metallic deep blue and covers easily in 2 coats for full opacity. No issues at all with formula or application.

Ninja Polish describes Hanukkah Floam as follows: As part of the Floam polish family, it contains fine blue matte glitters. This Floam has a touch of uniqueness as it also contains silver holographic to celebrate the holiday with traditional colors of Hanukkah! This polish will give you the touch of sparkle you need to celebrate 8 days and more! Application was great - no issues. This floam, as with the others, can be worn alone or over other colors. I am wearing only one coat over Sapphire Dreams here. Two coats would make it cover the base more, but I liked the look of Sapphire Dreams peeking through. I used one coat of Poshe, but being one of the floam polishes, I will add another coat of Poshe or a coat of Gelous. The sparkle in this one is like the photos times 10. Impossible to capture.

Candy Cane Floam is a red and white matte glitter polish in a clear base and it's so Christmasy! Being one of the floam polishes, this one can be worn alone (2 to 3 coats) but I've chosen to layer it over a plain nude cream so you could see both the red and the white. I used one coat here, but 2 would give more coverage. No issues at all - perfectly smooth application. I've only used one coat of Poshe for the photos, but again, I would add another coat or a coat of Gelous as the floam polishes are top coat hungry.
