This is Go Rest High on That Mountain. It is a special polish she created in honor of her nephew, Justin, who was killed recently by a drunk driver. It will launch on September 15th with all proceeds going to MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) in his honor. Leah Ann will also be going to Texas on September 18th to do a walk in the MADD 5K charity walk in his honor.

I'm back, as promised, with the Spring Has Sprung Glitter Collection from Above the Curve!

If you're not familiar with Above the Curve polishes 1) where have you been? and 2) you'll be happy to know that $1.00 from every single bottle sold goes to support the Shriners Children's Hospital. Always has. And I think that's awesome.

This collection was released for Spring, obviously, but seems perfect for summer as well. And they're ON SALE RIGHT NOW for $7.00 for full-sized bottles (in their Big Cartel shop)! There are five polishes...

Daisy Lilacs It -  turquoise and gold circle glitters, small burgundy, fuchsia and aqua hexes, fine holographic turquoise and pink hexes and small black stars in a pastel purple jelly base.

Field of Tulips -  different sizes of red, blue, orange, yellow, green, pink and purple hex glitters in a pastel green jelly base

Misty Morning - White hexes in different sizes for the clouds, silver hexes to mimic rain and iridescent rainbow hexes and shimmer mixed in a pastel blue jelly base.

Rain Kissed Strawberries -  fuchsia circle, hot pink and bubblegum pink hex glitters and fine fuchsia holographic hexes in beautiful pastel pink jelly base.

Sunset Skies - creamy pastel orange base filled with yellow, orange and pink medium hexes, small and fine white hexes, pink circle's and fine rose and bright pink holographic hexes.

All of these had a similar formula and application and I had no issues with any of them. I chose to wear these alone with no base color and they all were opaque in 3 light coats except for Rain Kissed Strawberries - I only needed two coats of that one. All photos are with one generous coat of Poshe top coat.

May 2013 is a gorgeous violet/magenta creme shimmer polish and the formula and application are fantastic. No issues at all to report and I've gotten so many compliments on it. It's definitely in the violet family, which is MY color for sure.

Not only was this color special to me just because of the color, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross for Oklahoma tornado victims disaster relief. I think that's awesome.

I used two easy coats and no top coat for the photos. I've included both artificial and natural light photos for you.

I have another polish from the new Colors By Llarowe brand to show you! This one is a glitter jelly from the Missing You Collection called Her Eyes Shined and the proceeds from the sale of this one benefit the National Kidney Association. This is a Limited Edition polish.

Her Eyes Shined is a turquoise green jelly polish with turquoise and blue micro-glitter. This polish can be worn alone in 3 to 4 coats or layered. I have some photos of it alone and layered over black. I didn't have any issues with this one, but it does apply like a jelly, so if you wear it alone, you will need several coats. One coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.

Good afternoon! It's been a while since I showed you a new Above the Curve polish so IT'S TIME! Today I have Cecelia for you.

Cecelia is described as "a beautiful creamy teal/turquoise with linear holo! If you like Kahuna you'll love Cecilia! $1.00 from each bottle sold will be donated to Shriners Hospitals for Children."

The formula and application were perfect! Very creamy and I used two light coats for opacity and no top coat for the photos.

I Don't Want to Talk About It was "inspired by and named after Juliette Danielle from the movie The Room. Juliette is a huge animal lover and $1.00 from every bottle will be going to Ginger's Pet Rescue. It's a place that works with my vet to rescue, rehabilitate, and adopt cats and dogs. I chose a local group because I wanted to make sure that the money would be used well and I know from watching them at work that they do good work."

It's a gorgeous brick red polish with a great formula. Creamy and smooth. I used 2 coats and no top coat for the photos.
