Red Dog Designs Spooky Treats Collection

*These products are Cruelty Free

Today I have a Spooky Treat for you! I have 4 of the 8 new Red Dog Design
polishes from the Spooky Treats Collection!

And two of them are Glow-in-the-Dark!

Continued after the jump...

Two of these are glitter jellies that glow in the dark and two are clear-based glitters.

Let's look at the clear-based glitters first.

Corn Maze is various sized hex and square glitters in shades of gold, yellow, holo gold, and brown sprinkled with micro holo glitter in a clear base.

I first layered this over a sort of halloween-ish skittles mani. No issues with formula or application. All the glitters came out of the bottle easily and spread nicely on the nail. One coat of top coat for the photos.

I adored it over brown, so that's how I wore it...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pumpkin Toss is various sized hex and square glitters in a a mix of golds, yellows, oranges, and browns, sprinkled with gold and orange micro holo glitter in a clear base. This polish comes with a baggie of black and orange pumpkin-shaped glitters that you can use...or not.

I layered this over a navy blue first and quite liked the contrast...

But I decided to go more autumnal, using an orange base with a brown accent nail...

And of course I had to add a couple of the pumpkin glitters...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Frank N. Stein is various hex and square glitters in purples, black, holo purple, holo black, sprinkled with micro holo glitter, with gold shimmer, in a green jelly base.***GLOWS GREEN IN THE DARK***  No issues with this one at all. In fact, I was quite surprised, being a GITD glitter jelly, that I only needed two easy coats! The glitters suspend nicely in the jelly base and spread evenly and smoothly on the nail. And the GITD is really strong on this one too. One coat of top coat for the photos.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Great Pumpkin is various hex and dot glitters in oranges and greens, sprinkled with micro holo glitter, in an orange jelly base.***GLOWS ORANGE IN THE DARK***  This one had the same formula as Frank N. Stein. Glitters suspend nicely and I only needed two easy coats. One coat of top coat for the photos.

What do you think of these four? They scream HALLOWEEN for sure! It's hard to pick a favorite but I think I'm going with the least likely one (since yellow hates me) and say Corn Maze! I just really love how it looks over brown. What's your favorite?

Don't forget, there are four more in this collection to see swatches of those, head on over to My Nail Polish Obsession and check out Jen's swatches.

These polishes are available at the Red Dog Designs Shop now and they retail for $10.00 for full-sized bottles. Also be sure to check out Red Dog Designs on Facebook, for swatches, news and updates!
