Crows Toes Winter Trio 2014 - Swatches and Review

*These products are Cruelty Free

Happy Wednesday! Or Thanksgiving Eve? I hope everyone's houses are starting to fill with the wonderful smells of the holidays. I'm not cooking this year so right now mine just smells like coffee and bacon, as usual. Two of my favorite scents!

This morning I have a brand new collection to show you from Crows Toes! The Winter Trio 2014.

This Trio will "put yer eye out" for sure!

Continued after the jump...

All three of these had the same formula and application - all clear-based glitter toppers with metallic glitters. The glitters are all well-suspended in the base and come out of the bottle easily. I've only used one coat of each with one coat of top coat (over different bases of course) and all of the glitters spread nicely and lay perfectly flat on the nail. No issues to report with any of them.

------------------------------------------------

Her Goose Got Iced is a clear-based glitter topper full of icy blue and silver metallic glitters in various sizes. I've layered this one over a gradient base of Nails Inc. Fulham Palace Road and Kiko 338.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mad Money is the ones most likely to "put yer eye out" - it's a clear-based glitter topper full of various sizes of silver holographic hex glitters along with a smattering of short metallic silver holographic bars. I layered this one over a base of China Glaze I'd Melt for You. At the end there is a shot of it layered over a dark grey creme on the thumb.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Walk the Peacock is a clear-based glitter topper with several shades and sizes of metallic blue holographic glitters, along with small magenta metallic hex glitters. Blue and violet/magenta is one of my all-time favorite color combos. I've layered this one over a gradient using Kiko 331 and 291.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

What do you think? For those who've been missing the metallic glitter toppers, this Trio is for you. Favorite? You know me, glitter isn't "my thang" but I'd have to go for Mad Money as my favorite this time. Go big bling or go home, right?  Sometimes you just need to bling it out. Although that color combo in Walk the Peacock is gorgeous.

Along with these 3, there are 2 Seasonal Llarowe Exclusive re-promotes that will be available: Jingle Balls and Merry Kiss-Me-A@#! I will have swatches of those for you soon.

The Crows Toes Winter Trio 2014 polishes will have their initial launch on Llarowe’s website next week. You can follow Crows Toes on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with new collections!  You can check out Llarowe on Facebook for more information and the exact launch date for these beauties.
