Glitter Daze St. Patty's Day Party Collection

Not only is it MONDAY but "they" have stolen a full hour of my time! My clock says one thing and every fiber of my being begs to differ. So I thought we'd start out the week with a collection celebrating my favorite holiday. I have Glitter Daze's St. Patty's Day Party Collection to show you. There are two polishes in this collection: Lucky Clover and Heart O' Gold.

Here's what Glitter Daze creator had to say about Lucky Clover:

Lucky Clover is a deep emerald green jelly nail polish with small green flecks, giving it depth and dimension. Emerald was voted the color of 2013 so this polish will be in style all year as well as on St. Patrick’s Day! Apply 3-4 coats of Lucky Clover to reach opacity or layer a couple of coats over your favorite Emerald cream to add a dash of sparkle!

Lucky Clover is a great emerald green jelly glitter polish and I had no issues at all with formula or application. I've used 3 coats of this one alone with one coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.

Here's what Glitter Daze creator had to say about Heart O' Gold:

Heart O’ Gold is truly a party in a bottle! Filled with white hearts, holographic gold hearts and stars, as well as a multi-sized green and copper glitter, all in a sparkly clear base; this polish will spice up a multitude of manis!

Heart O' Gold is a clear-based glitter polish chock full of various shapes and sizes of glitters. No issues with this one either unless too many hearts is a bad thing. I got so many out that I had to put some back. Everything spread nicely and laid flat. I've layered this one over black and gold in one mani and Lucky clover in another so you could get a good idea of how it looks over different bases. One coat with one generous coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.

Over Borghese Lira and a plain black creme on the ring finger...

What do you think of this collection? The jelly is squishy goodness and the copper shimmer/micro-glitter in Heart O' Gold really makes it in my opinion.

  3. Gorgeous, and you've given me an idea (I am abysmally bad at nail art.) Revlon's Hearts of Gold FX has gold glitter, but more important, it has gold holo hearts. With a green base color (SC San Francisco I think), I can poke three of the hearts around to form shamrocks. Thanks! I hate 'just' painting them green for St Paddy's Day.
