Tonight I have a special Duo to show you.

This is special because this is the inaugural duo of the Harlow ONE Series. One Month. One Brand. One Cause. Each month, Harlow will partner with a different indie brand to release a limited edition collection, exclusive to Harlow and Co., with $1 CAD from each bottle to be donated to the charity of that maker's choice.

Full information on the Harlow ONE Series can be found at Harlow & Co. here. The first collection features two gorgeous shades created by Girly Bits, who chose the Alzheimer's Society of Canada as their charity. 




Fragments is a bright watermelon coral with gold shimmer and a variety of green, lavender, fuchsia, chartreuse and aqua glitter. I used two easy coats and one coat of top coat for the photos. Apologies for no sun or shade photos - it's practically neon in indirect natural lighting. Perfectly self-leveling and the glitters all settle into the base nicely and still show through beautifully.

Past and Present is hard to capture, well for me. It's purple. The photos below are a bit bluer that the actual polish. It's a lovely medium-toned purple full of pink/violet shifty shimmer and a soft linear holo. Seriously, look at that shimmer and it's not even in the SUN! No issues with formula or application. Two easy coats and one coat of top coat.

Alzheimer's is a cause very close to Pam's heart after losing her dad to this horrible disease. And the names are so special. Fragments. Fragments of memories. Fragments of a life well-lived and loved. Fragments of a heart broken into pieces. And Past and Present, contrasting the beautiful memories from the past and the upheaval and heartbreak of the present.

Pre-orders for the monthly Harlow ONE Series sets will take place on the 20th of each month. The prices will vary depending on the indie brand & the number of polishes included in the set. For details on this set, please check Harlow & Co's Facebook page and shop.

Each set will be shipped out on the first of the following month (example - March 20th pre-orders will be shipped out on April 1st)

Group orders will be encouraged, but the pre-ordered sets cannot be combined with other items. Any pre-orders placed with other items from the shop will be cancelled & refunded.

Donation amounts will be posted after all pre-orders have been shipped.
