China Glaze Riveting - Swatches and Review

Riveting, one of China Glaze's Capitol Colors Collection (based on The Hunger Games books) is a bright, fiery, flashy orange full of golden shimmer befitting the "girl on fire" - Katniss Everdeen, heroine of the Hunger Games. I'm not sure if it represents one of the districts, possibly District 3, the Technology District?

Whatever it represents, it's definitely RIVETING!

The application was good, but it was a bit on the thin side. I've used  2 coats here and as you can see in the last photo, I could have used three to eliminate the visible nail line.

Eye-popping, yes?

What do you think of it? Are you a fan of oranges?

  3. Your pictures made me wish I could wear orange. As with most warmish colors, it makes me looked jaundiced. I'll just live vicariously through your swatches. :)

  8. Hi there, I just came upon your blog when I was searching for a swatch of Revlon Foxy. I'm so happy to have come upon your corner of the web, as I am also a huge animal lover (dogs in particular), and polish lover. So I wanted to say hi. :) I bookmarked your "Cruelty Free Brands" page and plan to follow the same plan that you have. Thanks!
