Emily de Molly - Oceanic Forces

*This product is Cruelty Free

Happy Monday! Hope the weekend treated you well. My guy took me gambling this past weekend for my birthday and while I didn't "clean their clocks" I did come back with a little more than I left with, so it was okay! So...I have a happy polish to show you this morning. I'm not sure why, but circle glitters make me happy.

Emily de Molly Oceanic Forces is the teal version of Cosmic Forces and it's just full of happy circles in varying sizes - in a teal jelly base.

Here's what the creator had to say about Oceanic Forces:

BASE - Dark teal jelly.

GLITTER - Turquoise holo dots and hex.

Fishing WILL be required as the large glitters have a tendency to sink and slide off the brush. A gentle shake before use will help distribute the glitter.

OPAQUE - in 2-3 coats depending on application.

-------------------------------------

I actually didn't have much of an issue at all getting the glitters out and on the nail. As is my habit with all glitter polishes, I use a toothpick and scrape down the side and across the bottom of the bottle when I first open them...gets the glitters "all mixed up and floaty." I wore it alone with 2 medium coats and one generous coat of Poshe top coat.

Emily de Molly Cosmic Forces - Swatches and Review

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

It's FRIDAYYYYYY! Today I have a gorgeous jelly circle glitter polish to show you from Emily de Molly...Cosmic Forces.

Emily de Molly Cosmic Forces

Cosmic Forces is described by the maker as follows:

BASE - Dark purple/plum jelly.

GLITTER - Lavender holo dots and hex and pink dot glitter.

Fishing WILL be required as the large glitters have a tendency to sink and slide off the brush. A gentle shake before use will help distribute the glitter.

OPAQUE - in 2-3 coats depending on application.

I actually didn't have much of an issues at all getting the glitters out and on the nail. As is my habit with all glitter polishes, I use a toothpick and scrape down the side and across the bottom of the bottle when I first open them...gets the glitters "all mixed up and floaty." I layered this one over a purple polish AND wore it alone with 3 coats. I actually liked it better without "undies."

Emily de Molly - It's Just a Phase

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

I'm back with another lovely polish from Emily de Molly - It's Just a Phase.

Emily de Molly It's Just a Phase

Here's how Emily de Molly describes It's Just a Phase:

BASE - Clear.
GLITTER - Neon pink hex, orange hex and bars and black hex glitter.
Fishing may be required as the large glitters have a tendency to sink. A gentle shake before use will help distribute the glitter.
OPAQUE - N/A (designed to be worn over a base colour)

No issues at all with this one. Everything came out of the bottle nicely, no digging, and spread nicely on the nail. Two light coats of It's Just a Phase over Kiko #400 and one coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.

Emily de Molly Ground Control - Swatches and Review

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

What better way to perk up a Monday than with a linear holo? I have another great linear holo from Emily de Molly to show you! Ground Control.

Emily de Molly - Ground Control

Ground Control is described by the maker as follows:

"Ground Control" is a 3 free hand-blended, custom nail polish.
(Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free)

BASE - Medium brown with grey undertones
GLITTER - N/A
OPAQUE - in 2-3 coats depending on application.

I love browns, so of course I loved it right away. The formula and application was fantastic and I have no issues at all to report. Smooth and creamy. I've used NO base coat, only 2 coats of color and no top coat for the photos. (Note: Poshe top coat didn't diminish the holographic properties at all.)

Emily de Molly Amazonia - Swatches and Review

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

Happy Sunday! I'm back today with another stunner from Emily de Molly - Amazonia.

Emily de Molly - Amazonia

Amazonia is a deep teal linear holographic polish. The color saturation is amazing and the formula and application were great. No issues to report at all. I used no base coat, two coats of color and no top coat for the photos. As a side note, Poshe did not diminish the holographic properties.

These photos are after day 3 - you can see minimal tip wear. Actually you can't see the tip wear except in close photos, like here...but I didn't wrap the tips because I thought I was just going to swatch it, but then I couldn't bring myself to take it off. I've done dishes and all sorts of housework and no chips.

Emily de Molly Devotion - Swatches and Review

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

Good evening! Tonight I have a scrumptious linear holo to show you from Emily de Molly - Devotion.

Emily de Molly - Devotion

Devotion is a purple linear holographic polish. I would say it's a blue-hued purple. The linear is strong but the polish is equally beautiful in shade or sun. I have photos of both below. The formula was great and I had no issues at all. I used no base coat, 2 coats of color and no top coat for the photos although I did put Poshe top coat on later and it did not diminish the holographic properties.
