Krispy Kreme Dreams Collection

First, I must explain how this collection came about. Indie makers are, well...creative people to say the least LOL! And they always have a lot of polish testing that they can pull from for a guest spot in a box etc. Or, you know, when they have weird food-induced dreams. If you aren't "friends" with Leah Ann on Facebook, it's possible you missed what prompted this collection, which is a shame. She has weirder dreams than I do and that is saying something. (Shut Up, Ashley!)

This is what she posted out of the blue one day...

So she pulled polishes that somehow in her head translated to her dream. And this is the result! (Note to self: Eat more Krispy Kreme!)

40 Great Nail Art Ideas: Your Job

Hi everyone! Happy Friday the 13th! Today I have some job-related nail art for you to tie in with Crumpet's Nail Tarts 40 Great Nail Art Ideas JOB prompt!

Y'all this was hard for some reason and you'd think since I now work for Colors by Llarowe it would have been a no-brainer for me. Nope - I'm backwards. The hardest prompts seem easy and this one stumped me LOL! I'm just happy I don't work as an escrow officer at a title company anymore.

So this is what I came up with...

I used a white base for the index and pinkie and did a spray marble using CbL Plum Perfect, Ice Ice Baby and Fairy Dust from the upcoming Winter 2015 collection (launching for pre-order November 23rd!) Then my attempt at the logo and a paint brush with paint swipes.

Hi everyone! Tomorrow (Oct. 15th 2015) is the preorder for the Colors by Llarowe Coming Back Around Collection so I thought I'd quickly post all my swatches here for easy reference.

I haven't done a full review on these,  just swatches but I can tell you that I didn't have any issues with formula or application on any of them. There are 5 and all but one are 2 coats with one coat of top coat. Billy Jean (formerly Billie Jean) took 3 coats and you may like it with 2 or feel you need 4. This one is a jelly and it builds up nicely.

It's almost Friday! Which makes me insanely happy - as do these polishes I am about to preview for you.  I say "preview" because right now I just have one photo of each polish for you but I promise I'm working on them. The reason you will need more than one photo is they are impossible to capture in just one. There are duochromes, multichromes, just lots of shades with multiple personalities and I want to show you all of them. 

There are 18 in the collection and I have 17 of them for you. I am missing Cabaret, but I'm sure someone will have swatches soon.
