SoFlaJo Matte Love Collection - The Blacks

Good evening! Last night I showed you The Brights from SoFlaJo's new Matte Love Collection. Tonight I have The Blacks to show you!

There are 7 polishes in the collection and the 3 Blacks I have for you tonight are: Black Beauty, Black Dagger and Silverado. If you missed The Brights, click here.

The formula and application was the same for all three so I'll address that first. These are all matte polishes and the formula is fantastic. I had no issues at all with application of any of them. I used two coats on all three polishes and took photos of both matte and with top coat. Perfection. The top coat I used was one coat of Poshe.

Black Beauty is a black shimmer holographic matte. Very unique in that it's holo with or without topcoat!

Black Dagger is a straight up black matte.

So there you have it - The Blacks. What do you think? Honestly I was sort of blown away with the entire Matte Love Collection. Really hard to pick a favorite but I think I'll go with Involved from The Brights and Black Beauty from The Blacks. What are your favorites?

Are you ready for something a little different? I have SoFlaJo's Matte Love Collection - The Brights - to show you!

The Blacks are coming soon to the blog so stay tuned for those as well! There are 7 polishes in the collection and I have the 4 Brights. The Blacks consist of 3 polishes. Meanwhile, these are The Brights I'll be showing you now...

First up, Involved. This one is a true purple matte full of gold shimmery goodness. Be sure and check out the close up - it's an amazing polish and probably my favorite of the four.

Going Down? is a bold, shimmery yellow matte. Finally a yellow that's bold and bright enough not to give me "dirty hands!"

White Sensation is a shimmery white matte - talk about a PERFECT wedding polish! And the depth - check out the macro. I love whites but they're not fond of my skin tone. I hope that doesn't distract you from the beauty of this one because it really is special.

And finally Pink It Up - this one is a brilliant pink shimmer matte. Not quite neon but it really POPS! I'd say it's perfect for pink lovers AND non-pink lovers alike.

What do you think of The Brights part of this collection? Which is your favorite? It was hard for me to pick but I think Involved is my favorite.
