I had my first Christmas manicure planned to show you tonight and after the news of the day, I just can't. I'm sure about tomorrow either.
The horrible events in Connecticut today had me sobbing most of the day. My thoughts and prayers and my heart go out to those sweet, innocent babies and their families and everyone affected by the tragic events this morning.
There are no words to adequately express the hurt and sorrow and anger and outrage that I, someone without children living 2000 miles away, feel. I can only imagine what those closer and those involved are feeling and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
Go hug your babies.
