Serum No. 5 - Rise and Grind

Happy Monday! I have another from Serum No. 5 to show you today and I picked Rise and Grind because 1) it's my favorite of the collection so far 2) the name is coffee-related and 3) well, it's Monday!

Rise and Grind is described by the maker as follows: It's time to Rise and Grind with micro gold and brass glitter, copper and milky hexes squares in a busy espresso world. Every month, a charitable donation will be made in an amount equal to 20% of the profits of all lacquers sold.

She also says that there may be some reflective curling of the larger copper glitter pieces however I only saw one that looked like it was curling and I've included that glitter in the close-up shots so that you can see it lays perfectly flat on the nail as do the rest of the glitters. I had no issues with application or formula. I've layered this one over Elevation Polish Tettegouche, a dark brown jelly, and used one generous coat of Poshe to finish it off.

What do you think of this one? It's my favorite of the collection I've tried so far because I have a soft spot for browns.

Don't forget, I still have a lot more from Serum No. 5 to show you, so stay tuned!
