Milani Totally Cool

Um...WOW!  This drugstore polish is just dreamy. It's a great blue-purple (is blurple really a word?) that has a jelly-like consistency, Milani's 2009 offering, I think. I say jelly-like because I don't think it's a true jelly, but you definitely have to build the color with several thin coats. I think I used 4 coats, and it's not the easiest application, but the payoff is worth it for this one I think. Inside this polish is a great shimmer that seems to be a duochrome shimmer - copper and pink/red, depending on how the light hits it. Adding this one to their 3D and neon collections and Milani is quickly becoming one of my favorite drugstore brands. Totally Cool, indeed.
