Perfect application. No fussing with glitter pieces. LOVE! This polish wasn't "top coat hungry" like some. Only one coat of Poshe did the trick.
One coat over a random green...no top coat unless specified.

Now THIS is my kind of green. I can't think of ONE negative about it. Even the name rocks. What do you think? Would you wear this?
