Superficially Colorful Sham-Rockin' Collection - Swatches and Review

*These products are Cruelty Free

Hi everyone *waves frantically* - I'm popping back in with a lovely St. Patrick's Day Collection from Superficially Colorful. It's for St. Paddy's Day so of COURSE you know I'm all over that. It's an abbreviated post - fewer photos and such because I'm still in the middle of life. I think I've found "THE" house - now to coordinate a move across several states. It's a bit overwhelming! Exciting for sure and a bit scary.

So let's get to it! Swatches and review after the jump.

Acting the Maggot - this one is a deep green jelly with holographic micro-glitter scattered throughout. "Acting the maggot" means acting a fool or being ridiculous. Which, as we all know, too much green beer will cause! This is 3 light coats and no top coat. Perfect formula and SO squishy!
No issues at all.

Boxing the Fox - this one is a pale cool-toned minty green holographic with green shimmer . I used 2 coats of this one with one coat of top coat for the photos. No issues. "Boxing the fox" is slang for robbing an orchard. I have to admit I hadn't heard this one!

Stop the Lights - this one is a sheer-ish base full of green hex glitters and lots of flakes and micro-flakes in green - that appear to shift to gold! I'm showing it over 3 base colors and alone in 3 coats. I think you can see everything best over white. One coat over the 3 base shades and 3 light coats alone. No issues. "Stop the lights!" is an expression of incredulity or astonishment.

And alone in a full mani...

Stouting - this one is a deep cool-toned forest green holographic polish. And it's a ONE-coater! Photos are with one coat and no top coat. Perfect, creamy-smooth formula. "Stouting" as you might imagine is the act of drinking stout until you're "three sheets to the wind."

What do you think? My favorites are Stouting and (believe it or not) Stop the Lights - over white.

These released February 28th so I'm a bit late!

These are available NOW in the Superficially Colorful shop here. She ships out of Israel but world-wide shipping is available.
