Hell on Wheels
Pretty Serious Hell on Wheels is a bright blue-based cherry red crelly. Well it applies like a crelly and shines like a jelly. I've used three light coats and no top coat for the photos. I still have VNL (visible nail line) in some lighting, but it's not too bothersome. The formula was a little runny, like most jellies and crellies, so use light coats to avoid pooling around the cuticles.
