Pure Nail Polish: Loving Me and a Comparison

Nothing to Disclose
*This product is Cruelty Free

Pure Nail Polish
Loving Me

When I saw this shade, I had to have it. And once I had it on, I knew why! It reminded me of one of my favorite polishes! But we'll get to that later.

Loving Me is a violet lavender creme with a great formula. I used two coats and no top coat for the photos. It's fairly self-leveling, just don't over-manipulate it and it's smooth and easy.

Yep, had to chop the nails. Cold weather makes them more brittle than normal.

But what did it remind me of? Nails Inc. Devonshire Row!

So I pulled it out for a quick comparison. They are basically in the same color family but Devonshire Row is a tad darker and had just a smidge more red in the base.

Here's my older swatch of Nails Inc. Devonshire Row alone...

And here's the comparison...

Because my skin is so pale already, I do prefer Devonshire Row slightly because it's a bit darker BUT I've yet to see that shade of Nails Inc. in the States. And getting anything out of the UK these days (thanks ever so much Royal Mail #sarcasm) it nearly impossible. I'm so thrilled to find something with the same "look" here, easily accessible AND for $5.00!

So if you were one of the many people who PMd and emailed me about Devonshire Row, I think Pure's Loving Me for $5.00 is a fantastic alternative!

You can purchase at the Pure site here. I ordered a couple of shades and didn't have any issues - shipping was fast and the polishes were wrapped well.

All of their products are 4-Free, 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. You can read their story here.

Nail of the Day: Gradient Dotticure

Nothing to Disclose
*These products are Cruelty Free

Happy Hump Day! My NOTD today is an extension of my manicure yesterday..and the day before.

I started out with one of my favorite Nails Inc. polishes, Devonshire Row. The following day, I did a quick gradient over it with Nails Inc. Baker Street. And today I decided to "dot it up" a bit.

Great way to extend a mani AND practice various nail art techniques! What do you think? I practice my stamping this way too - on my existing manis. And if it doesn't work, well you were going to change it anyway, right?

30 Day Challenge Day 21 - COLOR INSPIRATION

Another day down! I wasn't entirely sure how to interpret this challenge, but I guess it really doesn't matter as long as I get something from it and get to show you a pretty polish, right?

First, my color inspiration...

So...I chose Nails Inc. Devonshire Row - a great violet/lavender creme with typical perfect Nails Inc. formula. Two coats, no top coat...
