Chanel Tenderly 641 - Collection Rêverie Parisienne for Spring 2015

Nothing to Disclose

Finally Friday! I may have just "wooted" out loud.

Today, I have one of the 3 new Spring 2015 Chanel polishes to show you called Tenderly 641. This is from the Collection Rêverie Parisienne Spring 2015.  The other two are Paradisio 645 (pale light green metallic, not for me) and Désirio 64 (plum-y fuchsia with violet shimmer that I still may cave and purchase), which I didn't pick up, and they are all three currently listed as Limited Edition, however, we know how that goes with Chanel.

Continued after the jump...

Tenderly 641 is very dusty, greyed-out purple crelly/creme. There is a slight hidden shimmer that you can see in the bottle if you hold it just right in the light but it's not visible on the nail at all. The formula is more crelly and it's more sheer than a straight creme. You can get by with 2 coats if you have a heavier hand like I do but most will find it's a 3-coater. I've used two coats here with NO top coat for the photos. Dries to a super shiny finish. No issues to report.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I love anything in this color family personally, so I quite liked it. I would have preferred a creme over a more crelly formula, but it's still something I'll wear often I think.

$27 for .13 mL. I'm not 100% sure on how widely this one is yet. Typically, Chanel polishes are available at Chanel counters nationwide and at larger department stores - in-store and on-line. I'm pretty sure if my little Chanel counter at Dillards had it, that's it fairly easily available already though.

If you enjoyed this post, please take a second to "like" it! Thanks!

  1. Very pretty classic color! I've been off Chanel for a while, mostly because of the expense, but I do like most of the ones I have from the past.
