Above the Curve: Ultra Holos - Swatches and Review

*These products are Cruelty Free

Above the Curve
Ultra Holos

Today I have the 4 new Ultra Holos from Above the Curve. If you like holo, I will tell you right up front that you need these. They're quick and easy. No muss, no fuss. Two light coats and you're good to go. Perfect formula on all four.

Continued after the jump...

Leave it to Above the Curve to make more holos you need in your collection - even when I thought I pretty much had all the holos I would need already. These are just smooth and easy and perfect and what I've been grabbing lately for a quick and easy out-the-door-in-5-minutes mani.

All 4 of these had the same formula...between a creme and a crelly as far as consistency. Smooth and easy. Two coats and no top coat for all photos.

Ultra Holo Blue is a medium blue with a strong linear holo. Because of the colors in the holo arc it can look sky blue, medium blue and turquoise depending on the lighting and how strong the arc is in different lighting.

Ultra Holo Nude is a champagne/light gold with a strong linear holo.

Ultra Holo Pink is light pink with a strong linear holo. This one is cool-toned in some lighting and warm-toned in other lighting so it's hard to pin down.

Ultra Holo Purple is a light purple with a strong linear holo.

What do you think? The reason I love these is because I know when I reach for them, the formula and application is going to be quick and easy. And the holo payoff is great. I can't pick a favorite really. But I've worn the nude probably more times than the others so far if that's any indication. What are your favorites?
