Autumn Theme Week - Day 3 Needle Marble

Nothing to Disclose

Today's offering for Autumn Week, a themed nail art week I'm participating in with some lovely blogger friends, is an autumnal needle marble. Actually, this is what I call a "toothpick drag" mani - it's more accurate. But it doesn't sound nearly as fancy. LOL!

This is another of my "Extend-A-Mani" posts, actually. You say lazy, I say extend-a-mani. Both are accurate. Ha!

I was wearing Chanel Rouge Rubis already so I layered one light coat of a sheer-ish orange crelly (Pure Ice Drive Me Crazy) over it and let it dry.

Once dry, I painted striped length-wise, orange in the middle, green (Kleancolor Fashionista) on one side and brown (Milani Dark Coffee) on the other, and while still wet, took a toothpick and drug it back and forth sideways through the polish. I followed up with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top top coat. Kinda hard to mess up, even for me!

What do you think? Have you tried this method before?

Be sure and check out the great Autumn manis from the other bloggers in the links below! And check back here every day this week for new autumnal manis!

I used Milani Rapid Cherry, Milani White on the Spot and Nails Inc. Tudor Way. One freehanded strip of red, one of blue and white down the middle followed by taking a toothpick and raking it back and forth across the nail through the wet polish. One coat of Poshe top coat and Done!  EASY PEASY!

Stay Safe everyone!

And check out my lil group of blogger friends' July Fourth Manis!
