The Digit-al Dozen Does Fairy Tales
As today is the final day of Fairy Tales week, you get the scraps LOL! Actually I put it to a vote among my friends and a few said the Once Upon a Time mani was their favorite and a few said NO that's the one I should scrap! Go figure. But here it is. I actually had fun doing this one - trying to make my lines better because practice makes perfect, right? Eventually?
For this one I used a base of white with a coat of Butter London Bread and Butter Pudding to give it a slight off white tint. The rest is acrylic paint. This is basically a conglomeration of fairy tale images - the scrolly bits, the wand, a lantern and the back end of a princess coach.
And the ones that ended up in the fail category - didn't make the cut:
The Magpie's Nest. I had high hopes for this one and just wasn't ever happy with it.
For this one I used a base of Zoya Taylor (press sample) and acrylic paint and for the blingy chain, Different Dimension Silver Lining (press sample).
And finally, Jack and the Beanstalk...
For this, the blue base is Sinful Colors Sugar Rush and the brown is Barry M Cocoa. The rest is acrylic paints. I mean really...how DOES one draw a bean?
